Panda Restaurant Group in Urbana, IL is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct a team to achieve financial targets while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

The role starts with a leadership training program and paths toward General Manager certification. External hires begin the store manager track as part of our GM development program, with over 12 weeks of leadership training and milestones toward progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work flexible schedule incl. opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and GM development path for future promotion.
