Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks experienced store leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express locations in Illinois. You will oversee all aspects of a single store, hire and guide associates, and strive to meet financial goals while ensuring guest satisfaction.

New hires start with 12+ weeks of leadership training, progress through evaluations, and complete a GM certification course (GO100) as part of a path to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates.
• Hire, train and direct staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
