Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and guide associates, and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals.

Our program includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, a GM development path, and comprehensive benefits. You will have opportunities for growth into higher management while receiving ongoing professional development and support from the Panda

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and managing associates.
• Aim to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development pathway and prepare for higher management roles.
