Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location in Manor, TX. You will hire, coach and supervise associates to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and profitability while upholding Panda's customer-first culture.

You will participate in a structured leadership training program lasting 12+ weeks and complete evaluations and a GM certification course (GO100).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible to relocate/move stores within a 50 mile radius.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive financial results to meet goals.
• Hire, train, and direct store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead through Panda's leadership standards and prepare for GM development path.
