Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role starts your leadership journey within Panda’s General Manager development path.

We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates, with opportunities for growth into management positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate up to 50 miles from home to a new store.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision of associates as part of the Store Manager role.
• Participate in leadership development through the GM pathway and upcoming certification.
