Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, develop and supervise associates, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with leadership to meet financial goals.

The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, rotation through our development path, and opportunities to advance toward General Manager. Candidates must be ready to relocate within 50 miles and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store teams to ensure high standards of service and operations.
• Drive profitability and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Participate in leadership development with a clear path toward General Manager.
