Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for a Panda Express location in Manor, TX. You will hire, lead, and direct a team to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of training and a GM certification course (GO100) leading to promotion upon graduation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Prepare for future advancement toward General Manager through development path.
