Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced store leaders to manage a single Panda Express location in Texas. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

This role starts you on Panda's leadership journey with hands-on training and a clear path toward General Manager. External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and progression through

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team as part of Panda's leadership expectations.
• Participate in a structured GM development path with leadership training and evaluations.
