Job summary

External hires start in a leadership track with 12+ weeks of training and a GM development path. Upon GO100 graduation, promotion to General Manager is possible. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and guide staff toward goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Execute Panda's standard operating procedures and leadership expectations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to prepare for GM path.
