Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Longmont, CO to lead a Panda Express store, hire and guide staff, and drive guest satisfaction. This role starts with extensive leadership training and a structured path toward becoming General Manager (GM) after GO100 certification.

You will participate in a comprehensive program designed to build operational expertise, culture, and leadership readiness while supporting personal development and community involvement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• External hires begin leadership development as Store Managers toward future GM certification (GO100).
• Provide 12+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for promotion.
