Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Livermore, CA. You’ll oversee a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial and guest experience goals while preparing for future General Manager promotion.

The role includes a robust training path, leadership development, and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation within 50 miles may be required and schedules vary by business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA Statement: accommodations available during application/hiring process.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path and progress toward GM after training and completion of required evaluations.
