Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead store management development path and participate in leadership training programs to prepare for GM role.
