Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee a single store, hire and lead associates, and drive financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role is part of our General Manager development path with a 12+ week leadership training program, leading to GM promotion after completing evaluations and the GM certification GO100.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store to meet financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for future General Manager through leadership development.
