Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. We offer 12+ weeks of leadership training, ongoing development, a generous benefits package, and opportunities for advancement to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of store operations and guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Prepare for promotion path toward General Manager (GM).
