Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Manager as part of the General Manager development path; participate in leadership training and progression toward GM.
• Hands-on paid training and ongoing leadership development.
