Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will manage the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staff hiring, training, and driving financial and guest-experience goals.

We offer a rigorous leadership development path toward General Manager, with 12+ weeks of training, ongoing development, and comprehensive benefits, including meals and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles.
• Flexible to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead the store leadership journey, preparing for future General Manager advancement through GO100 certification and GM pathway.
• Provide 12+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing development to ensure store success.
