Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Joliet, IL is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store, drive guest experience, and achieve financial targets. You will hire, train, and supervise associates while advancing through the General Manager development path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Able to work a schedule including openings, closings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA accommodations available upon request.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations for a single Panda location, driving guest experience and financial results.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to meet business goals.
• Lead and develop store team through training and performance management.
• Support ongoing leadership development and progression toward GM track.
