The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, GO100 GM certification progress, and a path to General Manager with excellent benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and leadership of associates to meet financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, training, and directing staff; drive a strong customer experience.
