Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Illinois to oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and supervise store associates while aligning with Panda's leadership expectations and culture.

External hires begin as Store Managers on a GM development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing evaluations leading to GM certification (GO100) and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA considerations: accommodations may be provided; working conditions include hot kitchen areas and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead store team through Panda's leadership expectations and culture.
• Participate in a 12+ week store leadership training program and progression toward GM via the GO100 certification path.
