Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Darien, IL to oversee daily store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial targets. You will lead a team, hire and develop staff, and participate in a comprehensive leadership training path with potential promotion to General Manager upon successful completion.

Expect 12+ weeks of paid training, performance evaluations, and a clear pathway toward GM certification, while benefiting from a strong Panda community and career

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Able to work a schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead the store in alignment with Panda leadership expectations and core values.
Participate in a 12+ week leadership training program; complete GM certification GO100 for progression.
