Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to reach financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Complete store leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for the role.
