Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Complete the Store Leadership Training program (8+ weeks) and leverage mentorship for success.
