Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Provide leadership training participation with an 8+ week store leadership training program.
