A comprehensive 8+ week Store Leadership Training program is provided to prepare you for success. The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, with relocation within 50 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: ServSafe certified.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial performance.
• Hire, coach, and lead associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve store goals.
