Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store and direct associates to hit financial goals and guest satisfaction targets.
• Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
