• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Oversee and drive execution to achieve store performance and guest satisfaction.
• Complete the 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare for leadership success.
