Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. We provide an eight+ week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering guest experiences.
• Ensure the store succeeds and maintain Panda standards.
• Participate in the 8+ weeks leadership training program.
