Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide eight weeks of leadership training, mentorship and support from a Panda community that cares about your success. This role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Eight or more weeks of store leadership training program provided to prepare you for success.
