Candidates will receive leadership training and be expected to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends. Strong communication skills and Serve Safe certification are required. The pay range for this position is $32 to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• In charge of store operations including hiring and managing associates.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8-week store leadership training program.
