Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee and drive store performance to meet corporate targets and standards.
• Participate in an eight+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
