Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location with responsibility for store operations, team leadership and guest experience. You will hire and direct associates toward achieving financial goals and a high standard of service.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus mentorship and a supportive Panda community focused on your development and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, ensuring financial goals are met and guest experiences are exceptional.
• Hire, coach and manage store associates to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
