Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operation of a Panda Express location in California. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role launches with a leadership training plan and ongoing development toward a General Manager position, including GO100 certification after successful training and evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or food safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial and guest service goals.
• Lead and participate in a leadership training path designed to prepare you for a future General Manager role; complete required evaluations and GM certification (GO100).
• Provide a safe, efficient and high-quality dining experience with strong team communication and guest focus.
