Panda Express, a leader in quick-service dining, is seeking a Store Manager for a single California location. You will hire, supervise and coach associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while advancing through our leadership development path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership development and progression toward GM role.
