Panda Restaurant Group is hiring a Store Manager for a Panda Express location in California. You will lead a single store, hire and coach team members, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a 12+ week leadership training program and progression toward General Manager certification (GO100), with opportunities for growth within a family-owned American Chinese restaurant leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays
• Food safety: Serve Safe certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path and GM certification GO100.
