Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in California to oversee the daily operations of a Panda Express location. You will hire, lead, and develop team members while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achievement of financial goals.

The role includes participating in a structured leadership training program with a pathway to the General Manager position, plus opportunities for ongoing career development and advancement within Panda's leadership culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in leadership training with a path toward General Manager designation.
