Panda Restaurant Group in Peoria, IL is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will begin with leadership training, mentorship, and development toward future General Manager opportunities.

The role includes a 12+ week store leadership training program, and promotion to GM after evaluations and GO100 certification, with ongoing career and leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and participate in Panda's training and development pathway to prepare for GM roles.
