Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in leadership development and career progression toward GM.
