Panda Restaurant Group in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, a path toward General Manager, and a comprehensive benefits package with retirement options. Candidates must be flexible for shifts and able to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead store team through training and performance evaluations.
• Panda leadership development path toward General Manager on graduation from GO100.
