Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Mount Juliet, TN. You will oversee a single store's operations, hire and manage staff, and drive guest satisfaction while hitting financial targets.

New hires go through a multi-week leadership training program and GM development path, with ongoing mentorship and opportunities for growth within Panda's leadership framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing and supervising associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead store operations to ensure consistent Panda standards and profitable performance.
