• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and progression toward General Manager (GM) certification.
