Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the Millington area. You will oversee all store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a team to meet financial goals.

We offer a leadership training program, mentorship, and a path toward General Manager, with ongoing development and support from Panda’s community. The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, GO100 GM certification, and a clear progression to GM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the store to align with Panda's operational standards and leadership expectations.
• Participate in leadership training and progression toward General Manager (GM) role.
