Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate up to 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work flexible opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.
• ADA accommodations may be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the store toward the Panda leadership journey and GM development path.
• Participate in leadership training and complete required evaluations and certifications.
