Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate/store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Lead the store through leadership development path with ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
