Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single-store operation in California. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Able to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Provide leadership to prepare for future General Manager role through training and certification paths.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, maintain safety and quality standards, and foster a positive team environment.
