Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is looking for experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will own the operation of a single Panda Express location in Tempe, AZ, including hiring, directing and developing associates, managing guest experience, and driving toward financial goals.

We provide a structured 12+ week leadership training, a clear path to General Manager, paid time off, bonus opportunities, health benefits, 401k with company match, and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
