Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location in Glendale, AZ. You will hire, coach, and supervise associates to reach financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The position includes a robust training track toward becoming a General Manager, with paid leadership training, ongoing development, and company-supportive benefits. Flexibility for shifts and travel within 50 miles is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and develop associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain Panda standards.
• This role is designed to prepare you for future General Manager responsibilities and includes leadership training.
