Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Kingman, AZ is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy Panda Express location. You will hire and supervise team members, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction while delivering on financial goals.

You will participate in a rigorous leadership training program, with a clear path to General Manager, plus a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: able to perform duties with stairs and hot kitchen environments, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead external hires into a Store Manager role as part of the GM development path and complete required leadership training.
• Engage in ongoing leadership development and drive store performance.
