Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, including staffing, guest service, and achieving financial goals. The role is designed as part of our General Manager development path with a 12+ week leadership training program, leading toward GM certification (GO100).

We offer paid training, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth within Panda Restaurant Group. Must be able to relocate within a 50-mile radius and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible to open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required or certification in food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Drive financial results and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead training and development through the leadership program.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
