Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, manage staff, and drive financial and guest-experience goals while benefiting from leadership training and a clear path toward General Manager. The role includes a 12+ week leadership training program and ongoing development within Panda's culture and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead and develop store team; prepare for potential promotion to General Manager.
• Participate in Panda's leadership training and GM development path after initial training.
