Qualificações

• Must be able to work opening and closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Serve Safe certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing of associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor team members to drive store success and adherence to Panda standards.
• Participate in the 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
